How do I choose my Agenzyu watch?

When will my order be dispatched?
Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Processing is separate from shipping transit.
What are the delivery options?
Standard Shipping is FREE: 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90: 7–15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Where do you ship?
We serve the destinations available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, selected European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. Your address determines the available delivery options.
How can I track my order?
Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to the email used for your order. The first carrier scan may take time to appear. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I return my watch?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email us for routing instructions before sending anything back. Our business address is not automatically the return destination. See our Return & Refund Policy for conditions and mandatory consumer rights.
How should I care for my watch?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and avoid impacts, chemicals and unnecessary moisture. Ask our support team for model-specific care information before exposing a watch to water.
